Our History & Philosophy
Thrive Care Services was established by Greg in 2019. It was his belief that every individual deserves to receive the highest-quality support while being treated with respect, dignity compassion and kindness, while empowering them to make informed decisions. We very quickly started helping our clients achieve their health, wellness and everyday goals by listening, understanding and delivering on their wants and needs. By 2020 we were successfully supporting our clients' needs and delivering standards well above their expectations with our "no limits" ideology. We continue to inspire our clients with innovative support services, activities and holidays. Not only do we support your everyday needs, such as transportation, shopping, appointments and social companionship, but we also take an active approach with anyone who wants a little fitness and adventure, either locally or a bespoke developed adventure get away. We will be by your side with any activity that you want to do. Fishing, Walking, Hiking, Snorkeling, Diving, Skiing, Kayaking and Paddle boarding to name just a few. We are ready for you.

Hi, I'm Greg.
I spent over 30 years in leadership roles within fast paced, high volume customer service industries. I have led and developed individuals and teams of up to 200 employees.
I have a passion for developing people and realised my skills would make a far greater impact in the disability sector. It was for this reason I founded

I spent over 30 years in leadership roles within fast paced, high volume customer service industries. I have led and developed individuals and teams of up to 200 employees.
I have a passion for developing people and realised my skills would make a far greater impact in the disability sector. It was for this reason I founded Thrive Care Services in 2019. I am a very hands on and active support worker and am very passionate about helping people with disabilities hit their goals. I know that with the correct support system, the right tools and a positive attitude anything is possible. I have experience supporting clients in mental and physical disabilities ranging from 9 years old to 62 years.
I am a certified safety diver and a qualified football coach. I love being active, still play football, love anything to do with the ocean and enjoy walking and running in the beautiful Bundaberg region. I love skiing and hiking. I am at my peak when it comes to seeing and supporting you in achieving your goals.
